Superb value for money Would definitely recommend and book again

Dora was very kind. The room was fine.

Excellent room. The downside was there were no other teas, and the television had no internet connection - only Sky. Could not connect to other options... Expensive but very nice.

Old style hotel. I had a great sea view. Bed comfortable and slept well. Room serviced each day. Breakfast included and was good and plenty enough. Good value for money. Lift was not working so had to lug my suitcase up to the 3rd floor.

Great view! Unfortunately the hotel is shabby at best and left us feeling conned, as the online description and suspiciously positive reviews paint a misleading picture. Peeling wallpaper and piles of bedding left in narrow hallways from one day to the next. No amenities other than a kettle and a TV - the cheap kettle had scalding steam coming out of the handle and the TV didn't work. No wifi. Grimy windows and flaking paint. The overall impression is of extreme penny pinching, and the rooms are not cheap. This chain seems to have bought up many properties in Douglas and I would avoid them at all cost, it actually harmed our impression of the town.
